Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
Full Time
SBU Evermos
Senior Manager/Supervisor
:PLACEMENT: JAKARTA

Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) – Business Generalist will be the trusted partner to the Head of Business – B2B & D2C and work alongside the operating managers of selected strategic initiatives. The role combines high-velocity program delivery with hands-on strategy, stakeholder management and project finance capability. The Senior PMO will drive clarity, alignment and measurable outcomes across cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., GTM launches, partnerships, pricing & packaging, operational scaling, cost optimization), ensuring strategic decisions are supported by rigorous analysis and pragmatic plans.

This role will own the end-to-end PMO responsibilities for multiple concurrent strategic projects (e.g. B2B, D2C and other ad-hoc/strategic projects), managing cross-team stakeholders and elevating program governance, reporting and decision-making. Act as a multiplier for operating managers—translating strategy into executable plans, financials and risk-managed delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program leadership and governance:
    - Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, senior leadership or project meeting materials and decision logs.
    - Drive cadence for project meetings, senior leadership updates and cross-functional working groups; ensure timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
  2. Strategy translation & planning:
    - Convert strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps, workstreams, milestones and resource plans.
    - Facilitate strategic planning and alignment sessions with related stakeholders.
  3. Stakeholder management & influence:
    - Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders, product, engineering, marketing, finance and other related teams; align stakeholders to common objectives and trade-offs.
    - Manage expectations and communications for executive sponsors, providing clear, concise options and recommendations.
  4. Project finance & business cases:
    - Own financial analysis for projects: build/maintain business cases, ROI models, P&L impact scenarios, sensitivity analyses and budget tracking.
    - Coordinate with the Strategy & Operations, SPA & Finance team for forecasting, capital requests and post-implementation financial reviews.
  5. Delivery & performance tracking:
    - Define operating KPIs, maintain project dashboards, track milestones, resource usage and benefits realization.
    - Run post-mortem and lessons-learned sessions; implement continuous improvement to PMO processes.
  6. Complex problem solving & decision support:
    - Tackle ambiguous, cross-functional problems using structured problem-solving methods; prepare executive-grade analyses and recommendations.
    - Lead root-cause investigations, dependency mapping and risk mitigation plans.
  7. Mentorship & capability building:
    - Coach operating managers and more junior team members on planning, stakeholder engagement and project execution best practices.
    - Develop templates, playbooks and tools to scale program management capabilities across the business.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    - At least 4-5 years of professional experience with a minimum of 1-2 years in management consulting, financial advisory or a startup strategy role. Experience must demonstrate exposure to strategic programs, senior stakeholder engagement, business presentation, project reporting and financial modelling.
    - Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end in fast-moving environments (B2B and/or D2C experience preferred).
  • Education & certifications:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree are welcome.
    - Project management certification is a plus.
  • Technical skills:
    - Advanced Excel (financial modelling, scenario analysis) and high proficiency in PowerPoint (executive decks).
    - Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello or equivalent) and dashboards (Metabase, Looker or equivalent).
    - Comfort with basic SQL or analytics tools is an advantage.
