Junior Project Management Officer
General Description
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of the Community Channel as part of sales channel initiatives within the SBU Ecosystem. This role ensures alignment between Evermos’ business objectives and the diverse needs of both reseller and end-user segments. You will develop detailed project plans, track milestones and risks, and coordinate day-to-day activities across product development, marketing, sales, and finance teams. The role requires solid discipline, knowledge and the ability to work autonomously on much of the assigned work.
Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the execution of projects serving the non-regular reseller segment while expanding reach to the broader user ecosystem across various brands and partner organizations within Evermos
- Ensure the platform supports diverse stakeholder needs by delivering relevant features that enhance engagement and foster synergy among resellers, end-users, and brand partners
- Track project progress diligently, focusing on integrating cross-market segments and proactively mitigating risks related to the complexity of a multi-stakeholder ecosystem
- Maintain alignment between Evermos’ business goals and the dynamic requirements of non-regular resellers and end-users within the platform
- Facilitate coordination and communication between internal teams (product development, marketing, sales) and external stakeholders (resellers, brand partners, end-users) to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery
- Work mostly independently on individual tasks, drawing connections among ideas and applying knowledge to new situations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably within a large organization or similar industry. Internship experience is acceptable
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Skilled problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with critical and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Proofhub, Jira)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across organizational levels
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
