General Description
Head of Office Strategy Management leads and drives strategic planning and execution across business units, ensuring alignment with the market expansion’s organization long-term goals. This role orchestrates strategic initiatives, facilitates performance tracking, and supports leadership decision-making by providing insights derived from structured analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The role acts as a bridge between the executive team and operational units, enabling successful execution of strategic priorities and change initiatives.

- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of departmental strategies.
- Manage OKR/strategic planning cycles and facilitate alignment across functions.
- Provide strategic support and recommendations to top management and leadership on key business challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic direction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.
- Facilitate executive-level workshops, strategic reviews, and coordination forums across divisions.
- Partner with Finance, People, Operations and Technology to ensure initiatives are properly resourced and measured.
- Lead strategic communications, ensuring transparency and clarity of direction throughout the organization.
- Oversee the creation of strategic reports, dashboards, and board-level updates.
- Support business transformation or special projects sponsored by top management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business planning; at least 3 years in a managerial/strategic leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industry is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
