General Description
Lead the Brand Department as a growth engine of the company. Responsible for building new brands from inception and scaling further. In addition to new launches, accountable for acquiring and integrating brands already at 1–5B size, then driving their growth to the next stage. Includes responsibility for building, growing, and developing existing brands under the portfolio.Own the brand portfolio strategy, divisional P&L, and the systems that enable sustainable profitability and long-term competitiveness.

Job Descriptions:
  • Define portfolio strategy, categories, segments, brand vision, targets.
  • Own divisional P&L, deliver targets efficiently and effectively.
  • Build organization, governance, and scalable systems.
  • Scale new brands to ≥1–5B; grow acquired brands.
  • Expand categories, oversee R&D, packaging, compliance.
  • Standardize playbooks for GTM, product, compliance, supply chain.
  • Ensure operational excellence across procurement, production, logistics, and retail channels. Lead procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, last-mile.
  • Optimize supply-demand planning, inventory, working capital.
  • Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and SLA-driven delivery.
  • Drive cross-company alignment and partnerships that enable brand growth. Align Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Tech, Product.
  • Unblock issues related to supplier terms, compliance, pricing, channels.
  • Manage manufacturers, logistics, fintech, lenders; enable financing models.
  • Build a high-performing leadership bench and ensure strategic-ops integration.
  • Establish escalation protocols, decisions, performance dashboards.
  • Report performance, risks, trade-offs to VP G&I.
  • Enforce SOPs, compliance, mitigate risks in supply, distribution.

Job Requirements:
  • 10–12+ years in brand development, portfolio management, or P&L leadership roles.
  • Proven success building at least one brand from 0 to ≥ IDR 1B/month (preferably 3–5B).
  • Experience acquiring/integrating and growing existing brands.
  • Managing multiple categories and portfolios simultaneously.
  • Leadership of senior managers and large cross-functional teams.
  • Brand portfolio management and scaling systems.
  • Advanced P&L management, unit economics, supplier/partner negotiations.
  • Marketplace mastery (Shopee, TikTok, WA Biz) and offline channels.
  • Deep understanding of compliance (BPOM, halal/sharia) and market regulations.
