Job Requirements
- Develop and execute brand growth strategies to improve sales performance and brand awareness.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, including paid marketing, social media, and marketplace promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-impact branding and sales materials.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., sales, ROI, brand reach) to recommend improvements.
- Lead initiatives to optimize cost-efficiency in marketing and branding efforts.
- Work closely with the Brand Partnership Managers to align on brand positioning and growth objectives.
- Identify market trends and consumer insights to refine branding strategies.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in brand development, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, and marketplaces.
- Proven ability to grow brand awareness and sales performance.
- Experience in handling multiple brands or product categories simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of consumer trends in skincare, fashion, or herbal products is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
