Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with Evermos’ mission and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for sustainable growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage and oversee sustainability programs and projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with company strategy
  • Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives, providing regular updates to Head of ESG and Sustainability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and foster partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international sustainability regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and deliver sustainability reports, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.
  • Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  • Innovate and implement new sustainability initiatives that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements : 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management or a related role.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
  • Ability to design and execute long-term sustainability strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sustainability reporting, with the ability to interpret complex information and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating others.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, partners, and community members.
  • Deep understanding of local and global sustainability frameworks such as POJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan regulations), GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), IFC Performance Standards, ISO 26000, SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), and other relevant guidelines.
  • Experience in preparing sustainability reports.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact.
