Job Descriptions:
  • Strategically plan and execute integrated brand and product campaigns aimed at achieving acquisition and revenue goals across both digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) and offline channels (e.g., in-store, OOH).
  • Lead the full content development lifecycle—crafting campaign narratives, product storytelling, educational materials, and seasonal themes to effectively drive engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure content and messaging are aligned across every stage of the customer journey—from awareness to purchase and retention—via landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media.
  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM experts, media buyers, and designers to produce high-impact content that increases qualified traffic and improves conversion rates.
  • Analyze, report, and optimize campaign and content performance using key metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, ROAS, revenue attribution), and derive insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Brand, Product, E-commerce, and Supply teams to ensure marketing initiatives are synchronized with product launches, promotions, and inventory availability.
  • Manage the execution of influencer, KOL, and media collaborations, ensuring they deliver measurable performance outcomes and integrate effectively into broader conversion strategies.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in content and/or digital marketing, with a proven ability to drive measurable sales growth or revenue impact.
  • Proficient in campaign planning, SEO/SEM, A/B testing, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CMS platforms, and CRM/email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following certifications or platforms is mandatory: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability and quick learning in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, structured, and proactive in both verbal and written formats.
  • Exhibits high ownership and accountability in all areas of responsibility.
  • Solution-oriented and resilient, with a mindset focused on overcoming challenges rather than dwelling on obstacles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
  • Adept at agile planning and iterative execution.
  • Skilled in data storytelling to derive insights and inform strategy.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative working style.
