Job Descriptions:
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key brands, platforms, or business partners for co-branded marketing campaigns.
  • Lead negotiations on JBP (Joint Business Plan) including campaign calendar, budget allocations, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, BD, and Partner Management to align on goals and timelines.
  • Monitor performance of joint campaigns and deliver insights and reports on ROI, effectiveness, and learnings.
  • Explore and evaluate new market trends, digital channels, and partnership models to scale marketing reach.
  • Design pilot programs for potential new revenue streams or marketing approaches (e.g., affiliate programs, brand collaborations, new segment entries).
  • Provide regular updates to management on performance and strategic direction of Department
  • Create post-mortem evaluations of each initiative to identify success metrics and improvement areas.
  • Define success metrics (CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV uplift) and ensure structured measurement of all JBD campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing, scenario simulations, and post-implementation reviews to refine strategies and optimize returns.
  • Simulated metric dashboard executive-level reporting or OKR tracking, showing KPIs, targets, and actual performance.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, or a related field; bachelor’s strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, or business development—ideally within eCommerce, FMCG, or tech-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in launching multi-million-dollar co-marketing campaigns and/or high-growth business initiatives.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen—comfortable with P&L ownership, forecasting, and investment efficiency.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics platforms (GA, CRM tools, Tableau, etc.) and capable of leading ROI-centric conversations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and execute with discipline.
