Job Descriptions:
  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
  • Prioritize features and development based on market demand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate to conceptualize and design new products.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams for product development.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Plan and execute product launches with sales, marketing, and creative teams.
  • Manage launch timelines to ensure team alignment.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to develop campaigns highlighting product benefits.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Provide sales teams with product knowledge, tools, and training.
  • Develop sales collateral and presentations that communicate product value.
  • Support sales with competitive analysis and customer testimonials.

Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product management or marketing, preferably in F&B.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the F&B industry, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Will be placed in Bandung.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in market research and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a balance of short-term and long-term goals.
