Senior Manager/Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance B2C digital product offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the lifecycle of digital products, from conception through launch to ongoing optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new digital products or enhancements to existing offerings.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and consumer engagement.
- Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive project success.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to report on progress and secure necessary resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in B2C digital product management, digital marketing, or a related area.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in a consumer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce systems, and emerging technologies.
- In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital product trends.
- Experience in conducting market research and applying insights to drive product development.
