The Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end execution of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiatives, including Live Commerce. This role oversees the initiation, design, testing, scaling, and full project lifecycle of innovative, consumer-facing programs.
Acting as a strategic driver and hands-on leader, the PMO brings deep expertise in project management and a strong understanding of the live commerce ecosystem. The role is instrumental in driving innovation, enhancing engagement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through interactive shopping platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop a comprehensive project roadmap for D2C initiatives (e.g,. Live Commerce), aligning with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
- Define project objectives, key deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply team, logistics/operations) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for D2C initiatives (e.g., Live Commerce), facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
- Innovation & Design:
- Identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement through interactive and innovative D2C solutions.
- Lead the design and prototyping of features and workflows, incorporating industry best practices.
- Testing & Scaling:
- Plan and oversee pilot programs to validate D2C (e.g., Live Commerce) strategies, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Analyze pilot results and implement iterative improvements.
- Performance Management:
- Establish performance metrics to measure the success of D2C initiatives (e.g., Live Commerce).
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Team Development: Mentor junior team members and build a high-performing project management team focused on innovation and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors. Additional experience in Live Commerce project would be an asset
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within live or interactive commerce.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of live commerce technologies, customer engagement strategies, and market trends.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools & analytics would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and iterative improvement.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
