Job Description:
Requirements:
- Identify and approach potential key brands that are beneficial to Evermos growth from multiple sales channels that we have
- Able to negotiate business terms with brands/suppliers, including commission rate, pricing competitiveness, service packages, and strategic collaboration
- Achieve performance targets assigned to them: number of brands, brand request onboarding SLA, increase in GMV and revenue, etc.
- Plan calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new brands to retain/expand existing business relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze and monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Internal reporting, self-training, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales or relevant roles within an e-commerce, SaaS, or retail environment
- Proven track record of successful partnership/sales and revenue growth
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset
- Mentally strong, taking up challenges and growth of the organization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for offline meetings/events
