Product Analyst Intern
Job position Summary / General Description:
Product analyst intern role is responsible for supporting Senior Product Manager on executing some key initiatives around domain Everpro Checkout Form (Digital Product Management & e-Payment Solution). This role will be in charge of gathering requirements from key stakeholders as well as from end-users, creating user stories and PRD (product requirement document, and involved in the development process overall (including product release and product/feature adoption by end users).
Key Responsibilities
- Help the product team understand business processes, then translate business needs and requirements into documentation.
- Work with the Product team to gather market trends and internal data to find recommendations for product improvement to grow accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Team, Design, Engineering, Marketing, or Business team to define requirements and ensure that features are being developed in alignment with business expectations.
- Participate in user interviews and create documentation and user manuals for your product scope.
- Provide status and updates to stakeholders
- Work location - full WFO: Bandung
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome, or the last year of bachelor degree (but required for full-time commitment)
- Good attention to detail, has data-driven mindset, and good problem-solving skills
- Have a strong willingness to learn and entrepreneurial skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and a can-do attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)/ Google Sheets, Google Docs , and basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiar with digital product & software business
- Good communicator and have persuasive communication across the team & stakeholders
- Willing to full WFO in Bandung
