Procurement Specialist works closely with suppliers and internal teams, such as finance to ensure procurement processes align with business needs and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.
- Process and manage purchase orders in line with procurement policies.
- Monitor and track supplier deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival of goods and services.
- Assist in contract negotiations and maintain procurement documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on invoicing, payment processing, and compliance.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, purchase records, and reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Specify the education, technical skills, soft skills, experience, or certifications required for a person to be eligible for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Willing to be place in Bandung.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Basic understanding of negotiation and contract management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of finance, tax, and legal aspects related to procurement is a plus.
