Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic projects related to Heiji and other brand initiatives, especially in live commerce, marketplace growth, and affiliate programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics aligned with overall business and revenue goals.
- Manage integrated project roadmaps across live streaming campaigns, marketplace activations, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Act as the central coordination point across cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, product) and external partners (creators, agencies, platforms).
- Identify gaps in execution across live commerce and marketplace channels, and implement scalable solutions.
- Track and analyze performance using KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, affiliate contribution, and live stream performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to leadership on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
- Continuously improve PMO processes to enhance speed, efficiency, and scalability of go-to-market execution.
- Manage resource allocation across campaigns and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or commercial strategy roles, preferably in e-commerce, live commerce, or digital marketing environments.
- Proven experience managing projects related to live streaming, marketplace platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada), or affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Ads (highly preferred), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with creator/affiliate ecosystems and live commerce operations is a strong advantage.
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, dashboards).
- Strong communication skills in both strategic reporting and day-to-day coordination.
