Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects related to Heiji and other brand initiatives, from concept, launch, to operational scaling.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Act as the central coordination point between internal teams including product, supply chain, operations, marketing, finance, and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders and facilitate decision-making to keep projects moving forward.
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet project milestones and commitments
  • Ensure operational processes (inventory, fulfillment, logistics, reporting) are ready to support new brand launches or product expansions.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve execution efficiency
  • Track project performance through defined KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting.
    Provide strategic updates and insights to leadership regarding project progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Continuously improve project execution processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
  • Coordinate resource allocation across teams to support project execution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably within a large organization or in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Proofhub, Jira).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
