Job Descriptions:
  • Work closely with various departments to align HR strategies with the organization's vision and employee goals, creating comprehensive people plans.
  • Provide guidance on leadership, effectiveness, and engagement, focusing on areas like Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Industrial Relations.
  • Promote HR standards, offering necessary information, support, and solutions in HR/People matters to business leaders to ensure a people-first perspective in decision-making.
  • Oversee annual or quarterly manpower planning, manage the full spectrum of employee experiences from selection to transfers, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with business needs.
  • Regularly update both People and Business Leaders on HR matters, promoting transparency and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Relations Team to resolve issues in compliance with company policies and Indonesian Labor Law.
  • Partner with the Compensation and Benefits Team to develop effective retention strategies through competitive compensation, benefits, and focused career and personal development.
  • Utilize analytics to understand business needs, informing people-centric strategies and solutions.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years in HR or a related field, with a strong emphasis on people-centric strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Extensive experience in HR domains such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, Compliance, and Employee Relation will be highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional skills in managing projects, with an emphasis on efficiency and precision.
  • Proficiency in addressing challenges and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, underscored by high empathy.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to fostering growth and positive organizational change.
