Jr. Content Creator - D2C (Live Commerce) - 3 Month Contract
As a Junior Content Creator, you will be an integral part of the short-form video content team, primarily focusing on technical execution, production, and editing. This role is responsible for supporting the senior team in creating engaging, trending, and strategic short videos (such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) to support our live commerce objectives. You are expected to be a fast learner, proactive, and demonstrate solid content production skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Development:
- Execute the pre-production, shooting, and editing of high-quality short-form video content strictly according to creative briefs and guidelines provided by the senior team
- Ensure all produced content aligns with the brand’s established tone and identity.
- Be available to act as supporting on-camera talent for simple product reviews or tutorial segments. - Creative Support & Scheduling:
- Assist the senior team in market trend research, content ideation, and drafting simple scripts for daily content and promotional campaigns.
- Responsible for managing the content upload process, ensuring that content is published according to the pre-determined content calendar - Data & Learning:
- Help collect and track basic content performance metrics (e.g., views, likes, and basic engagement data) to support performance analysis.
- Actively seek feedback and guidance from senior team members to continuously improve content quality and technical editing skills - Collaboration:
- Coordinate closely with the Live Commerce Host and Brand Team to ensure product accuracy and consistent messaging within the created content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating the creation of engaging short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts), from personal projects or relevant work experience (min. 1 year relevant experience preferred).
- Proficient in using mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
- Good basic understanding of short-form platform algorithms and content best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Experience in an e-commerce or live commerce environment is a plus
