Job Description:
Qualification:
- Responsible for regional performance metrics (sales target achievement, profitability, cash cycle, active outlets etc.) in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (distributors), ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels
- Plan calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new customers to retain/expand existing business relationships
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics (drop size, aging report, product portfolio) to ensure targets are met
- Develop new channel activities with distributors in conjunction with Project Managers; understand the activity, business and needs of distributors, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with distributors and trade outlets
- Provide feedbacks on the product performance & relevant market insights
- Internal reporting, self-training, and administrative tasks
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: minimum 8 years of experience as sales team in FMCG business including distributor management, territory management, GT & LMT management channel and managing team.
- Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with distributors across the Sumatera region
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions quickly
- Mentally strong, taking up challenges and growth of the organization
- Willingness to travel around the assigned territory in order to close deals
