Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition, you will leverage your solid discipline knowledge to handle recruitment processes autonomously. This role requires you to actively contribute to sourcing and selecting candidates, ensuring the right fit for both technical and non-technical positions. You will use your skills to understand hiring needs, build effective pipelines, working mostly independently to achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and job offers.
- Technical and Non-Technical Hiring: Support hiring efforts for a variety of roles, especially within the tech and general role, ensuring candidates meet the skill and culture fit requirements.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines, leveraging multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical, soft skills and job level expectation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies and labor regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in recruitment, preferably handling both technical and general positions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in market research, talent sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Familiarity with employment law and labor regulations.
