Affiliate Specialist will drives revenue growth through affiliate channels by managing end-to-end affiliate activities from strategy development to performance optimization and ensuring profitability. It also involves close collaboration with internal teams and regular performance reporting with actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and prioritize key affiliate segments (creators, communities, media partners, resellers)
- Manage end-to-end affiliate lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimization
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC)
- Optimize underperforming affiliates and scale high-performing ones
- Ensure affiliate activities remain profitable (positive contribution margin)
- Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs
- Collaborate with Content, Live Commerce, Brand, and Commercial teams
- Manage affiliate platforms, including tracking accuracy, payouts, and fraud prevention
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of key affiliate metrics (GMV, ROAS, CAC, contribution margin)
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
