Creative Project Manager
Creative Project Manager is responsible for overseeing creative production across multiple project. Managing end-to-end creative production, ensuring alignment with brand vision and project goals with cross-functional teams, and keeping projects running smoothly (on time).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the entire creative production process—from briefing, planning, and execution to final delivery.
Develop project timelines and ensure efficient execution while maintaining high creative standards.
Facilitate collaboration between designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, and other departments (e.g. marketing, brand, product).
Ensure all creative outputs align with the brief and campaign objectives.
Work closely with the Creative Manager in managing content production, including photoshoots, video shoots, graphic design, and copywriting.
Organize creative team workflows using project management systems and tools.
Identify risks and production bottlenecks with the Creative Manager, and proactively provide solutions.
Monitor team and project performance using data, and recommend improvements for future efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in creative project management, account executive roles, content production, or similar positions.
Background in a creative agency, in-house brand team, or startup environment.
Familiar with creative production processes, particularly in design, copy, and photo/video.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Strong cross-team collaboration and communication abilities (creative, marketing, product, etc).
Proficient in using project management tools such as Notion or similar platforms.
Understanding of creative KPIs and ability to analyze team performance.
