Performance Management Specialist
Job Description
Performance Management Specialist develops, implements, and oversees organizational performance management systems and strategies. This role involves developing performance management processes, conducting performance review exercises, setting performance standards, continuously improving the process, and providing feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop performance management system including designing a framework, process, and tools that align with organizational objectives
- Coordinate and lead the performance review exercise
- Develop and implement communication strategies as well as deliver the communication with all-level stakeholders
- Develop necessary infrastructure: communication materials, performance management tools, guidelines, templates, etc.
- Ensure seamless employee experience and timely execution of the process
- Stay updated and informed about best practices and benchmarks in Performance Management as data points to recommend improvements and changes in the process as necessary
- Guide employees on effective performance management: identify needs, develop learning programs, or coach employees
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans framework for underperforming employees
- Conducting job analysis and implementing job evaluation methodologies to determine the performance standards of each position.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in performance management or human resources.
- Experience in developing performance management systems or tools
- Experience in conducting job evaluations
Skill:
- Solid understanding of performance management principles, framework, employee life cycle, and HR principles.
- Ability to develop and implement communication strategy with all levels of the organization
- Sound knowledge of learning modalities with the ability to develop learning materials and evaluate training results.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports (spreadsheet)
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Self-driven and proactive
- Proficiency in Google environment
