Key Responsibilities

  • Cash & Liquidity Management: Oversee daily payment process and cash positioning, develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational and capital requirements. Maintain real-time visibility of cash positions and cash flow projections.
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency in treasury operation by utilizing system and automatization processes, including leading the automatization process and banking integrations. Ensure treasury controls support compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Strategic Support: Provide advice to executive committees to provide advice related to working capital investment and credit facility planning. Prepare a treasury related presentation for board-level reporting.
  • Banking & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for financial institutions, including managing credit facilities if needed and bank account structures, and covenant.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of treasury analysts or managers, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Typically 7–10+ years in treasury or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management or related finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, especially in trading industries.
  • Experience with financial risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills will be required to successfully navigate and business partner internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiative in resolving issues with energy for creating efficiencies and to sort things out thoroughly and early
