• Understand the flow of the projects and be able to identify the risks within those projects
• Together with business, able to translate those risks and mitigations to risk registers
• Manage the risk registers on daily basis and liaise with other stakeholders
• Monitor, assess, and review internal controls activities overtime
• Analyse risk event and recommend improvements to prevent re-occurence of risk event in the future
• Coordinate with Business Process Improvement (BPI Team) to improve controls that do not work (if any)
• Review policy and procedures to strengthen the internal controls
• Help to quantify the risks of projects to be align with risk appetite matrix of the company
• Prepare the monitoring reports to management (including related stakeholders)

• Bachelor degree in the areas of Business Management/ Finance/ Accounting background
• At least 5 years experience as an internal audit/ external audit/ operational risk, preferably from FMCG / e-commerce companies
• Specifically be able to review and improve internal control implementation of projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Have ability to work collaboratively with others
• Have high ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline
• Able to translate findings into a written, concise, and clear report
