• Design training programs end-to-end: learning journeys, toolkits, and measurement
• Craft scalable, modular training programs that evolve with business needs
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to localize training for different reseller phases
• Supervise the development or curation of high-quality training materials and content
• Uplift our internal trainers—sharpen their facilitation, increase engagement, and build confidence
• Create resources, playbooks, and rituals to raise the bar across the training function
• Launch, learn, and iterate—test pilots, gather feedback, and scale what works

• Specify the education, technical skills, soft skills, experience, or certifications required for a person to be eligible for this position
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Development, or related fields
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning tools
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
• Prior experience developing training teams or managing training programs is highly preferred.  Also capable of conducting training sessions
