Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the overall business performance and growth of the assigned account.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, content initiatives, and livestream programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and SLA compliance.
  • Manage account profitability, including margin optimization and commercial performance.
  • Initiate and drive cross-brand collaboration campaigns to expand audience reach and generate incremental sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at LG.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand business partnerships and services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales, or Commercial roles.
  • Proven experience managing large accounts or strategic brand partnerships, preferably within consumer electronics, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth and profitability management
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, or livestream commerce initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally team
