• Proactively guide clients in using Everpro Chat/Everpro SaaS features to ensure optimal utilization and successful resolution of their use cases, positively impacting their business performance.
• Execute and continuously improve business processes related to Everpro Chat/Everpro SaaS products in collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams, covering the registration, onboarding, and post-onboarding phases.
• Follow up on clients’ Everpro Chat registration progress and escalate to partners when needed.
• Provide daily technical support and use case enablement to clients.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
• Stay in Jakarta or Bandung.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take direction from senior team members.
