Job Summary: 

The role will focus on optimizing supply chain processes to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products to various distribution channels, maintaining high standards of service while minimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a flexible supply chain strategy, forecasting demand and adapting to market fluctuations.

  • Procurement & Supplier Management: Oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, replenishment, and warehousing, optimizing inventory turnover to minimize excess stock and stockouts.

  • Logistics & Distribution: Ensure cost-effective and timely product distribution, managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PLs) and monitoring transportation efficiency.

  • Order Fulfillment & Customer Service: Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery, collaborating with sales and customer service to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Process Improvement & Cost Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage supply chain risks, including disruptions and safety compliance.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze supply chain data, generate performance reports, and collaborate with finance to manage budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

Job requirements

  • 5-7 years in supply chain management, logistics, or distribution, with focus on general trade or consumer goods.

  • Experience in FMCG distribution is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, order fulfillment).

  • Familiar with technology or software tools in supply chain management (ERP, WMS, TMS), with proficiency in Excel.

  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make decisions based on the information gathered.

  • ​​​​​​​Proficient in project management planning with a clear vision for effective execution.

  • Capable of identifying problems and developing strategic plans to solve them.

  • Skilled in negotiating with vendors/suppliers and logistics partners.

  • Experienced in inventory warehouse management (inbound - storage - outbound).

  • Deep understanding of the balance between supply and demand.

  • Possesses an extensive network of vendors/suppliers and logistics partners.
