Creative Production Specialist
Creative Production Specialist supports the creation of visually engaging video and photo content for marketing channels. This role involves following creative direction from creative managers, collaborating with designers, copywriters and other production specialists (photographer, videographer, motion artist) and executing content production tasks with guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Creative Manager in producing video/photo content and assets for social media, marketing and branding purposes from collaboration with Graphic Designers or Copywriter to final delivery.
- Edit and enhance photo content, including retouching, color correction, and resizing for different platforms.
- Responsible for producing videos, including concept development, shooting, and editing, if needed.
- Follow creative direction and ensure quality standards in content production.
- Support brainstorming sessions to develop creative visual ideas aligned with brand identity.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
- Maintain an organized file system for assets to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as videographer, Motion Graphic Designer and Photo editor
- Good sense of developing storyline and scriptwriting
- Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere.
- Knowledgeable motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understand in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Ability to follow directions and execute tasks independently with minimal rework.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn creative best practices.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Basic digital imaging skills are a plus.
