Accounting & Tax Senior Manager
General Description
Accounting & Tax Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounting and tax functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cost management—especially in OPEX. This role also plays a key part in supporting business decision-making through timely and reliable financial insights, while leading a high-performing accounting and reporting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
- Monitor and analyze OPEX and reporting performance from business units.
- Manage tax compliance and planning, including monthly tax filings, annual returns, and tax audits.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and governance.
- Lead the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Develop and coach the accounting and reporting teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA is a plus).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- For placement in Bandung.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proven experience in managing financial reporting, audits, and cost analysis (especially OPEX).
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Jurnal) and Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
