Finance Ops Freelance
General Description
This role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely recording of key financial statement components such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Revenue, and Expenses. The officer will perform basic checks and ensure all supporting documentation is well-organized and accessible. This position helps maintain the integrity of Evermos' financial data by ensuring completeness, consistency, and readiness for reconciliation and review by senior finance staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Financial Recording: Record transactions related to AR, AP, revenue, and expenses into the accounting system accurately and promptly.
- Basic Verification: Check that transaction details match supporting documents (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, receipts). Flag unusual or inconsistent entries to the supervisor.
- Documentation and Archiving: Maintain physical and digital archives of financial records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Reporting Support: Prepare simple summaries or trackers for transaction logs.
- Operational Coordination: Communicate with relevant internal teams (e.g., purchasing, operations, admin) to ensure smooth flow of financial information and timely documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in finance operations, accounting administration, or financial documentation.
- Domicile at Yogyakarta
- Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Jurnal, Accurate, or Excel-based tools).
- Solid understanding of AR, AP, and basic financial statement components.
- High attention to detail and responsibility in data processing and document handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for basic financial tracking and reporting.
