As an intern, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of growth projects and experimentations to drive engagement, transactions, and new growth levers. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and to have a greater impact by directly contributing to important growth initiatives and seeing the results of their work firsthand.

- Assist in the development and execution of growth projects & campaigns across channels (marketing, community, tech)
- Monitor and analyze project performance, providing progress, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Involve in experimentation, work on A/B tests for various aspects of growth initiatives, including messaging, user flows, and ad creatives
- Market and competitor research, conduct research to understand market trends in social commerce, identify competitors, and analyze their growth tactics.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in a Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Spreadsheet, Word, Slide)
- Familiarity with project management and digital products
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in data and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
