Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end administrative and operational activities for assigned brand/accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain operational reports, documentation, and data records with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support reconciliation and operational tracking processes while ensuring data validation and reporting are completed within the established SLA timeline.
  • Assist in monitoring operational performance, marketing budget tracking, and reporting alignment to maintain data consistency and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational execution, administrative follow-ups, and reporting requirements across functions.
  • Conduct basic analysis and provide operational insights to support decision-making, process improvement, and issue identification.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying operational gaps, improving administrative workflows, and ensuring overall operational efficiency and reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Operations, Operations Support, Administration, Reporting, Reconciliation, or related functions.
  • Strong administrative, reporting, and data management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data validation.
  • Good analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and maintain operational accuracy.
  • Strong ownership, responsiveness, and coordination capabilities.
  • Experience supporting operational processes for key accounts or agency/client operations is a plus.
