• Analyze and summarize laws and regulations to advise senior management and stakeholders.
• Consolidate national and local regulations and generate compliance reports.
• Assess and verify potential partners for compliance and legal risks in business partnerships.
• Maintain and organize compliance documentation and regulatory databases.
• Prepare and submit required recurring reports, such as LKPM (Investment Activity Report) and IKI (Industry Competitiveness Index).
• Facilitate communication and maintain relationships with government bodies like BKPM, Kemenperin, and Kemendag to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (required).
• 2–3 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Strong understanding of commerce regulations, permits, and compliance processes.
• Proficient in Data Privacy Law and Copyright Law.
• Familiarity with OSS (Online Single Submission) reporting and other regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities to critically assess projects from a compliance perspective.
• Previous interaction and reporting experience with government agencies such as BKPM, Kemenperin, and Kemendag.
• Willingness to be based in Bandung.
