Job Description:
Qualification:
- Managing strategic projects to create sustainable business with partner (principals and distributors)
- Dealing with external stakeholders to close deals & create recurring business
- Leading team of channel managers to connect with business partners in order to deliver numbers
- Identifying room for improvement from the current business process & strategy and propose the solutions
- Aligning with stakeholders to collect data, analyze, problem solve, and draft & iterate solution
- Producing progress reports and presenting them to management & relevant stakeholders
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in business project management, demand channel creation, trade marketing, and or principal management
- Strong network with principals and distributors from multicategory (FMCG & non FMCG)
- Result-oriented and ready to hands-on to drive result & achieve target
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision making
- Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
