Job Description
- Develop and evolve market segmentation for each product offering.
- Assist in defining and executing product marketing strategies, programs and campaigns for new product or feature launches aimed at acquiring customers, and measure efficacy against KPIs.
- Follow and analyze market trends, sales data and marketing channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales.
- Help shape and manage product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers
- Set product marketing budgets and track spend, always with an eye for ROI.
- Lead product marketing content development and help develop stakeholders narratives, case studies, and content designed to accelerate the business momentum to better engage with Everpro users and partners.
- Support team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate the new developments to users.
- Assist in executing marketing related tasks within the scope of a larger product or project, under guidance from the manager.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders especially with the Business, Sales, Marketing, Product Tech and Creative team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Less than 3 years of work experience in a Marketing related field.
- Willing to work full time from the office (Jakarta).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights into interesting creative marketing strategies and messages that can attract attention.
- Strong project management with detail oriented skill. Proven track record in managing product and or customer lifecycle marketing is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Comfort with ambiguity and agility.
- Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with industry trends.
- Interest in marketing, brand management, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), Software as a service (SaaS), technology, marketplace, or related fields.
