Job Summary
Ziswaf Senior Partnership Specialist is responsible for driving strategic collaborations with corporations, NGOs, and key stakeholders to support organizational growth and impact. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing implementation to ensure mutual success.
The ideal candidate will strengthen existing relationships, explore new collaborations, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance partner engagement. With strong negotiation and communication skills, they will play a critical role in achieving organizational goals through impactful and sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibility
- Identify and build long-term and establish strategic partnerships with companies and NGOs to support CSR and crowdfunding initiatives.
- Develop and implement innovative CSR programs that align with partner goals and organizational objectives.
- Ensure all programs focus on sustainable principles in addressing social, environmental and economic impacts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and NGO partners, ensuring alignment of expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of CSR initiatives and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing the social, environmental, and economic impact of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze trends in CSR and social impact to propose new initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure the success of CSR programs and partnership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, CSR, or fundraising, especially in corporations, NGOs, or crowdfunding platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Management, Communications, International Relations, Sociology).
- Preferably knowledgeable or experienced in managing Ziswaf.
- Proven success in building strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders (corporate, SOEs, NGOs, etc.).
- Broad network in the corporate sector, NGOs, or social organizations related to charitable programs.
- Strong ability to apply SROI frameworks for measuring CSR impact.
- Proactive, results-driven, and empathetic to social issues.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with crowdfunding platforms and project management tools.
