Job Description:
  • Plan category plans for assigned categories, to achieve category GMV and profitability target
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers, ensuring high supplier satisfaction and strong support levels
  • Able to negotiate business terms with suppliers, including commission rate, pricing competitiveness, campaign support, and strategic collaboration
  • Plan calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new brands to retain/expand existing business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead team of account managers to ensure streamlined operations, project management, and meet the requirements of service level agreements
  • Analyze and monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Identify and approach potential key brands that are beneficial to assigned categories
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive changes (Demand team, Operations, Logistic, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Product/Tech, and Data team)

Requirements:
  • Willing to be located in Bandung
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in category management, merchandising or relevant roles within an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Proven track record of successful partnership/sales and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and data-driven mindset
  • Mentally strong, taking up challenges and growth of the organization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel for offline meetings/events
