Job Summary:
The Head of Business Strategy and Operations will lead strategic planning and analytics initiatives to drive growth and optimize performance across Everpro’s services. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can synthesize data-driven insights, identify key opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize the value we provide to our clients and partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding business decisions and steering market positioning in a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Everpro.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities. Use findings to refine business strategy and adapt to shifting market dynamics.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics and business intelligence to uncover actionable insights, shaping key business decisions across product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Performance Optimization: Design and oversee processes to monitor KPIs, track business performance, and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Client Strategy & Retention: Develop strategies that deepen client engagement, improve client retention, and enhance the value delivered through Everpro’s services.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of analysts and strategists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on data accuracy, innovative thinking, and impactful recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on business priorities and support them in achieving growth objectives.
- Report and Presentation Development: Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in Business Strategy, Analytics, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a senior position.
- Industry and business: Comprehensive understanding of the whole marketplace and online business model.
- Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in data analytics, data interpretation, and trend analysis.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, set KPIs, and translate business goals into actionable insights and strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the SME’s aggregator platform includes e-commerce dynamics, and digital retail trends.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and building high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration and results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying root causes, developing insights-driven solutions, and making decisions that impact both immediate and long-term goals.
