Product Manager II will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and optimization of ERP modules that support Finance operations and other initiatives. This role ensures that systems and workflows across accounting, reporting, procurement, and financial operations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives. Acting as the bridge between Finance stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, Product Manager translates complex financial requirements into product solutions that improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role requires strong ERP domain expertise, business acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP and Finance-related systems.
  • Translate Finance business needs (accounting, reporting, procurement, tax compliance) into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and technology teams to ensure ERP systems align with compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee ERP implementation and enhancement projects, including vendor management, integration with other enterprise systems, and scalability planning.
  • Define, monitor, and report on ERP-related OKRs, ensuring product initiatives drive measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Manage system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives to enhance finance operations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training to ensure adoption and smooth rollouts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation within Finance processes through ERP capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years focusing on ERP/Finance systems.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent) with strong understanding of finance-related modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Tax, Reporting).
  • Proven success in leading ERP implementation, integration, or major enhancement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes (accounting, reporting, compliance, tax).
  • Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.) and data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
  • Mastery of product management practices: roadmap planning, MVP scoping, requirement documentation, OKR setting, experimentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align Finance, Technology, and vendor teams.
