Special Projects Ops Internship
General Description
Special Projects Ops intern will play a key operational role within the Digital & Service department, supporting the execution of strategic acquisition projects and ensuring seamless day-to-day processes. This position is primarily responsible for facilitating transactions involving our partner credit card programs and assisting with various operational needs that enable the team to deliver on its goals efficiently. The role will involve close collaboration with internal team members, project leads, and external partners to ensure timely coordination and execution of tasks across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Special Projects Ops
- Facilitate and monitor transactions involving partner credit card programs on a daily basis
- Support the execution of acquisition-related projects run by the Digital & Service Department
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and accurate operations
- Help manage administrative and operational tasks to support the department's daily needs
- Stay up to date with internal tools, processes, and relevant product knowledge to ensure effective task execution
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure smooth project progress
- Maintain clear and organized digital filing systems for easy access to relevant documents
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions based on daily operations
Required Qualifications - Special Projects Ops
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives
- Interest in digital products and services, financial products, or operational strategy is preferred
