Key Responsibilities

1. Work on multiple research projects on customer-facing products and internal tools to support business operations.
2. Work closely with the researcher, designers, and product managers to produce impactful insight that addresses customer needs and pain points.
3. Create a research plan, conduct research and deliver the research docs. 

Required Qualifications

• Experience in multiple research method and implement on web, mobile web and apps (Android & iOS)
• Minim working experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Eligibility to work 8 hours a day is a must and onsite Jogja office.
• Proficient with Figjam and other collaborative online tools.
• Ability to deliver solid research reports based on the product requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong enough to make synthesis and build up recommendations.
