• Supervise reconciliation for all AR & AP transactions (PG, 3PL, customers/vendors, etc) in the accounting system
• Assist monthly closing process : prepare AR & AP aging, prepare inventory movement report, other BS accounts
• Assist FAT department effort to automate manual bookkeepings and reconciliation
• Assist in preparing internal management and external audit data requests]

• Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
• + 3 years of working experience in a high-growth organization or a start-up company (preferably e-commerce industry)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and GSheets
• Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting system automation
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Self-driven, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willing to be full WFO in Bandung
