Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to gather information and understand technical concepts.
• Create, write, and edit various technical documents including user manuals, quick-start guides, online help, release notes, and API documentation.
• Research product features to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Organize and structure documentation to be intuitive and easy to navigate for users.
• Review and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
• Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback to improve documentation quality.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science or related field from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome, or the last year of bachelor degree (but required for full-time commitment).
• Strong written communication skills with an excellent command of Indonesian and English grammar and vocabulary.
• Ability to research and grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
• Previous experience with technical content writing, blogging, or content creation will be a plus.
• Familiar with Google Docs, Google Slides, and Video editing software (will be a plus point).
• Familiar with digital product & software business.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and a can-do attitude
• Willing to full WFO in Jakarta.
• Ready to join ASAP for a 3 months internship period.
• Please note that this is an internship position, and while prior experience in a similar role is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
