Sr Talent Acquisition Partner
General Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is required to leverage his/ her solid discipline knowledge to handle recruitment processes autonomously. Leveraging the strong expertise in talent acquisition, this role will partner with hiring teams to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical roles. The responsibilities will include proactively sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, while building and maintaining robust talent pipelines. This role requires a proactive, self-driven approach, as you will operate with minimal supervision to meet hiring goals and contribute to the overall success of the talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End hiring: Manage full-cycle hiring, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, job offers, up to probation monitoring.
- Technical and Non-Technical Hiring: Support hiring efforts for a variety of roles, especially within the tech and general role, ensuring candidates meet the skill and culture fit requirements.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines, leveraging multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Establish Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and networking to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical, soft skills and job level expectation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure all talent acquisition practices align with company policies and labor regulations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance talent acquisition processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve candidate experience, and increase overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably handling both technical and general positions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in market research, talent sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Familiarity with employment law and labor regulations.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking, with a clear understanding of how talent acquisition impacts broader organizational goals.
- Collaborative and consultative approach, with proven experience in building strong partnerships across teams and functions.
