This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing performance management, talent management, and organization development systems and strategies to ensure effective organization and how employees' work aligns with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop or improve performance management system including designing improved framework, process, and tools that align with organizational objectives
  2. Coordinate and lead each phase of the performance management process including (goal setting, monitoring, performance review, and low-performer management)
  3. Leading job analysis process and implementing job evaluation methodologies to determine the performance standards of each position
  4. Develop talent management framework, process, and tools that align with organizational objectives
  5. Develop necessary infrastructure for each program and initiative: communication materials, tools, guidelines, templates, etc.
  6. Develop and implement communication strategies as well as deliver the communication with all-level stakeholders
  7. Ensure seamless employee experience and timely execution of the process
  8. Guide employees on effective performance management, talent management, and organization development: identify needs, develop learning programs, or coach employees
  9. Stay updated and informed about best practices and benchmarks in Performance Management, Talent Management, and Organization Development as data points to recommend improvements and changes in the process as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management/Psychology/Industrial Engineering or relevant major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in performance management/talent management/organization development
  • Experience in developing and implementing people-related tools or system
  • Experience in conducting job analysis and/or job evaluation
  • Solid understanding of performance management, talent management, organization development principles, and framework
  • Solid understanding of employee life cycle and HR principles.
  • Ability to develop and implement communication strategy with all levels of the organization
  • Sound knowledge of learning modalities with the ability to develop learning materials and evaluate training results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Strong project management and time management skills
