New Business Initiative - Bandung, Indonesia - Full Time

Job Descriptions:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for the join blended development project, including product sourcing, supply chain optimization,  and overall project scalability.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities to drive innovation and competitiveness in blended development.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing, sales, and operations efforts.
  • Drive key partnerships with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure the project meets its business objectives and quality standards.
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of revenue, cost-saving targets, and efficiency targets.
  • Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing join blended development, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record in overseeing end-to-end manufacturing processes, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, product lifecycle management, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.
