Senior Accounting & Tax Manager
Finance - Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia - Full Time
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise daily accounting activities, ensure all transactions posted timely and accurately
- Review taxation compliance and filing, facilitate discussions with tax consultant where necessary
- Supervise team in performing monthly closing process, analyse fluctuations
- Prepare monthly financial statements for management and investors evaluation
- Assist business units in maintaining and developing new revenue streams
- Monitor the company's operating expenses
- Supervise external audit process
- Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a high-growth organization or a start-up company (preferably e-commerce industry)
- Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulation
- Having Brevet A & B certification
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proven leadership skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be full WFO in Bandung
