Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching, designing, and implementing all user experiences when interacting with a digital product or internal tool based on clearly defined goals and metrics. Especially, improve and maintain SaaS design projects. 
• Work closely with the researchers, designers, product managers and engineers to produce intuitive UI design solutions that address customer needs and translate product vision into user interface and experience.
• Supporting other teams on design-related tasks, ranging from small improvements to big initiatives.
• Use existing design patterns and guidelines to create, improve and implement wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Continuously improving design based on data and tests.
• Keep up with the latest design trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in designing a product on web, mobile web and apps (Android & iOS)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient with Figma, Figjam and other collaborative online tools.
• Strong communication skills and critical mindset.
• Ability to understand complex systems, critical thinking and solve problems revolving around it using design.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools for Usability Test.
• A portfolio demonstrating examples of work that applies a user-centered design approach, and showing SaaS projects will be a plus one.
• Understanding of basic programming constructs and logic will be a plus one.
